Complete Data Professional v4.0 includes the following new or updated features:
General
Built with FileMaker™ Pro 9.0– Complete Data as you know is built around the FileMaker™ Pro database engine. Complete Data v4.0 runs on the latest FileMaker Pro 9.0 release which offers many new features over FileMaker Pro 6.
Create PDF Files - You can now generate PDF files from reports in Complete Data. Anything that you print in Complete Data you can now turn into a PDF file which you can share with your colleagues and clients via email.
Create Excel Spreadsheets - You can now quickly create Excel spread sheets directly from Complete Data.
Advanced Security - FileMaker Pro 8.5 has increased security making it easier for you to control access to your important data.
Increased capacity – FileMaker Pro 8.5 can store more data than ever before
Open Multiple Windows - You can now view one database in more than one window so you can see a list of buyers as well as vendors in two separate windows at the same time.
Increased speed – Complete Data now opens faster and there are less annoying screen flashes.
Live Customisation - You don't have to close everyone down to make changes.
2 Way PDA Synchronisation - You can now synchronise data two ways, between your server and your Palm or Pocket PC.
Tooltips – every button in Complete Data now has a tooltip which displays information about that button’s function so you can quickly see what that button does. Great for new and experienced users alike.
Web Viewer – a feature new to FileMaker Pro 8.5 that allows you to embed web pages directly into Complete Data. You can now view the website for a Property within Complete Data or show it on Google Maps without switching between Complete Data and your web browser.
Built in Charts - You can now create a series of prebuilt charts in the Contacts, Listings, Service Area & Results Database.
Contacts
2 Postal Addresses – you can now record a postal address for both contacts (left and right hand side)
Email and SMS 2nd Contact – you can email and SMS the right hand/2nd contact with one click
Exchange data with Microsoft Outlook – you can import all Outlook contacts with one click and also push Complete Data contacts back to Microsoft Outlook
Enter Property Enquiries – you can now enter Property Enquiries against existing Contacts which all count against the property
Updated Buyer Screen – this now shows more contact details and combines the Inspections screen in the one place
Improved Buyer Matching – record buyer price ranges in a range format in one field (e.g. $325,000-$400,000) with up to 4 different price ranges per buyer
Inspections
Create Buyer Appointments in Outlook – you can now create buyer appointments from the Inspections screen in your Microsoft Outlook calendar
Emails
Email HTML Stationery – you can now use the same html email stationery (letterhead) that you use with Outlook in Complete Data so all emails sent from Complete Data look professional and consistent with your Outlook emails
Email Templates – create standard templates with merge fields that you can use when sending individual or bulk emails. You can create as many email templates as you like.
SMS
Inserted Property Details – when sending an individual or bulk SMS you can now insert the SMS Message from the Listings database. This can be done from both the Contacts and Enquiries database.
SMS Templates – create standard templates with merge fields that you can use when sending individual or bulk SMS messages. You can create as many SMS templates as you like.
SMS to International Mobile Numbers - You can now send an SMS to a international mobile phone number (where supported by your SMS Gateway, e.g. Mobile Messenger)
Trails
Delete Previously Set Trails – Complete Data now keeps track of what trails you have set against a Contact, Listing etc and allows you to delete any uncompleted tasks from a previously set trail with one click. You no longer have to delete each uncompleted task from a trail one by one.
Include Email and SMS Templates in Trails – you can now incorporate email and SMS templates in a trail (including merge fields). When it comes time to sending the email or SMS it will create a new one and insert the template in one click allowing you to review the email or SMS before sending it.
When printing or updating a task Complete Data no longer takes you back to the top of the list of tasks, which means you no longer have to find your way back to the position in the list
Scheduled Tasks
Details and Summary View – there are now 2 views in the Scheduled Tasks database: the Summary View and the new Detailed View which shows you more information about the task (including whether it relates to a Property). You can also write a note against the Contact, create an email or SMS all from the Detailed View.
Listings
Market Place Report – quickly create a one page summary used for vendor feedback
Create Market Appraisal Appointments in Outlook – you can now create appraisal appointments from the Appraisals screen in your Microsoft Outlook calendar
New Stocksheet Reports – includes 3 new stocksheet layouts
Messages
Email Messages – you can now send messages via email to staff as well as via SMS.
Bulk Messages via SMS and Email – you can also send the same message to a selected group of staff members via email or SMS
New Reports
There are a number of new reports, including new Commission, Inspections by Date Range, Settlement Cash Flow and Days on Market
Complaints database
A new database in the Systems screen to record and track the progress of any complaints by clients
Service Area Update – you can now update existing properties in the Service Area database without losing any existing data or having to remove duplicates
Enquiries
Multiple Property Enquires – you can enter more than one property per Enquiry and SMS each property details
Email/SMS from Enquiries – the Enquiries database now has the same email and SMS functionality as the Contacts database
Trust Accounting
Multiple Trust Accounts – you can now reconcile unlimited trust accounts
Multiple Ledgers – there are now separate ledgers for Purchaser Deposits, Vendor Contributions and Investments
Variations - new option to enter variations to assist with reconciliation
Web Upload
Upload to leading industry portals realestate.com.au and domain.com.au (additional fees and charges apply) directly from Complete Data
