Over the past 10 years, Complete Data Professional has evolved as a result of leading
edge software engineering coupled with outstanding ideas from thousands of agents
across Australia and New Zealand; all of which have contributed to the final, signed
off model we have today. In the past we have allowed users to request modifications
to the software, however some of these changes have caused structural challenges
to multiple areas of the system. While the modifications may have seemed fine
on the surface, many conflicted with the original design of the program and as a
result, we have made the decision to cease structural system changes known as custom
modifications. We will continue to modify visuals such as window cards, brochures
and just sold/just listed, however should you wish to re-engineer the system in
some other way, it will be necessary to engage an independent FileMaker developer
for this service.
Should you choose this option, it is important to understand that Complete Data
will not accept any responsibility for the result of this action. Therefore,
we strongly recommend that you stay with the tribe. Not only will you have
a fully supported system that has the latest and best features in the marketplace,
you will also ensure that any future upgrades are a breeze to install, as it won’t
be necessary to override any custom changes with new features.
