With Complete
Data Support Services you can arrange for an annual support
agreement that gives you peace of mind when you need help
and support with using Complete Data. You can call as
many times as necessary, or if you prefer email or fax
us with your questions. Complete Data has invested heavily
in the GoToAssist remote support technology from Citrix
Online. The technology allows our support representatives
(with your permission) to login to your computer and see
first hand what you're trying to achieve and quickly resolve
any problems you might have with Complete Data.
Your annual support subscription entitles you to the following:
- Dedicated full time support team identifying, investigating and resolving any support issues.
- Telephone, email and fax technical support.
- Support coverage AEST Monday – Friday 8:30am – 7:00pm, excluding public holidays.
- Utilizing remote access technology (GoToAssist), the support team can directly log onto your computer to help with your issues fast.
- Unlimited on-line interactive training sessions with our top system trainers covering the key areas of Complete Data. (scheduled every 2 weeks)
- Self paced Training Videos.
- Simplified Training Manual.
- Access to the Complete Data website, which contains additional support resources, including Hints & Tips
- Defined Service Level Commitments
- A quarterly newsletter
This wealth of information and knowledge can all be accessed through our website as part of your annual support membership.
Without a valid support agreement calls will be charged at $165.00 per hour (minimum 30min call charge of $82.50 applies)
Please Note - For Complete Data Professional users the Support subscriptions do not include custom changes to your Complete Data version. Custom changes are charged as additional costs.
