So now could be a time to re audit your trails and make sure they are not too loaded and generating unnecessary tasks. Real Estate sales is the easiest job in the world to get lost in. You can be busy but not productive. Remember there is a difference between motion and direction.

Trust Accounting Update

We’ve recently completed some modifications to the Trust Accounting module in Complete Data. If you’re currently using the trust accounting module (or are planning to) please contact Andrew Duncan via email at andrew@completedata.com.au to arrange a time for him to install this complimentary upgrade. Installation takes around 25 minutes. The changes mainly relate to the printed reports and Complete Data will now prompt you to print the following reports at the time of reconciliation:

Hi everyone. Spring has sprung and hopefully you’re getting busier with all those spring listings.

Listed below are some ideas for how you can get more out the program so you can write record sales.

Lead Source Report

A field in the contacts screen that is constantly being over looked by users is the Lead Source field. It may not seem important at the time to enter in the lead source of a client but further down the line this information will become invaluable to agents and principals alike.

From a company perspective, if your organisation could print a report that allows you to see what percentage of clients come from which lead source - this would be invaluable to the principals, as they delegate money to spend on marketing the business and growing the brand awareness.

As an agent it will become invaluable as you can also target the best areas to self promote and build you consumers awareness of your identity in the market place.

To access the lead source report offered to you in Complete Data follow these steps;

1.           Enter the contacts data base.

2.           For a companies results press the red button that say’s All Records

3.           For an individual do a basic find on you ID

4.           Then go to the scripts menu and select Print Lead Source Report Current Found Set All Agents.

5.           Then print it off and you’re done.

Its will become very clear down the line once you have been using Complete Data for a few years how important it is to track your lead source. I suggest if you are not doing it now, then start doing it. It will only benefit you.
